The Taos News’ annual Best of Taos voting is complete once again, and once again, Wayne Rutherford General Contractor, Inc. captured 1^st place in the Best Building Contractor category for 2011.  “This is my home … my community … and I am very grateful and thankful for the community’s continued support and vote of confidence,” Wayne Rutherford, the company’s namesake founder and owner said upon learning of the award.  “We intend to keep working hard and earning the Best Of title on each and every project we do.”   The Taos News takes nominations from the community, then conducts voting on the finalists, with the top 3 winners in each category announced in a special publication.  To read more about the 2011 awards and see all the results, pick up a copy of the June 16, 2011 issue of The Taos News, or visit The Taos News online.

The voters voted and the results are in! Wayne Rutherford General Contractor, Inc. grabbed the most votes and won 1^st place in The Taos News’ 2010 Best of Taos category of Best Building Contractor. This annual contest allows the residents of the Taos and surrounding areas to nominate their favorites in a wide variety of categories. Voting for the finalists then takes place, and the top 3 winners are announced in a special publication.
